Adult Cardio Boxing - Tues,Wed,Thurs 7:15p

 This high-intensity interval training workout that sculpts your body and burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before. Your trainer will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you'll deliver jab, cross, hook and uppercut combinations, working your entire body on our 100-pound heavy bags. 

Bottoms Up - Wed 6:15p

Bottoms Up is 45 minutes of fun focused on the BUTT, LEGS & THIGHS! This class focuses on lower body exercises, cardio, & abs. In this class, you will use weights,practice body-weight exercises, circuit style training, & plyo. If you’re looking to firm and tone your lower body, you're in the right place! 

Morning Crunch Bootcamp - Tues, Wed, Thurs 6:15a

 It’s a party for your muscles! Shape, tone, sculpt and chisel your way through a transformative body experience. 

Fusion - Tues 6:45p

Fusion is a fun dance party workout, this Soca class is a great way to burn calories while enjoying some Caribbean music. This class starts with an endurance building warm-up, followed by practice of traditional Soca movements (including wining and other body isolations), and ends with a short phrase of choreography. Dancers of all levels are encouraged to attend. 

H.I.I.T IT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Flip tires, swing sledge hammers and lift weights!. Improve your endurance and build muscle with this class specifically for the men!
