Youth Boxing for Self Defense

Boxing is the perfect after-school activity to elevate self-confidence, hone discipline, and improve overall fitness through self-defense skills. 

Power Fitness Chicago Youth Boxing teaches boxing technique, while incorporating discipline and a strong work ethic in its teaching model.  Both boys and girls are welcome to join! Youth Boxing class will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises.    

Our youth participants ages 8-14 will get individualized coaching in a smaller group setting. Class may include jumping rope, exercise drills, punching combinations, and heavy bag work.

Classes are offered 3 times a week, on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:00 pm and Saturdays at 10 am.

Gloves and wraps are not included.

In a fun and safe environment, students will gain knowledge in the art of Boxing, while also developing self-confidence and good discipline. Your children will build strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, and work ethic faster than any other sport.
