 The Boss Chick Dance Workout is a high intensity hip hop, dance hall, afrobeats fusion twerkout that will have you poppin, lockin, and droppin your way to a bangin' healthy body. The class features dance cardio set to the hottest beats of hip-hop, dancehall, and afrobeats. In addition to discovering your inner-Beyonce you will be sculpting your abs, arms, legs, and booty for a complete full body workout!  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a comprehensive martial art that teaches self defense against aggressors whether they are striking, kicking or wrestling. We focus on teaching BJJ grappling techniques to subdue opponents without using punches or kicks. This method empowers students to not only maximize their defensive capability against a bigger and stronger opponent, but also the confidence in choosing a less violent solution.

INFRARED-SAUNA THERAPY

 Infrared Heat Therapy works wonders for your body and doesn't waste results! Sweat it out in our Power Fitness Chicago Sauna Room.  During your 30 or 60 minute sweat session, you are able to relax in a private room equipped with your own personal infrared sauna bed. Sweating is your body's natural way of staying healthy. Our infrared sauna bed is designed to give you a relaxing detoxifying experience through the use of infrared heat. This therapy can be so effective that you can burn up to 600 calories in as little as 30 minutes.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR INFRARED SAUNA THERAPY


BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Most people do not drink enough water to begin with and now that you are using an infrared sauna and sweating, it is even more important to stay properly hydrated. Always drink plenty of water before, during and after your sauna session. Remove all makeup to allow your skin to receive the experience full benefits of the IR heat.

WHAT TO WEAR

 Lightweight shorts and tee shirt are ok. Swimsuits are better. 

DURING YOUR SESSION

 You may not sweat much during your first 2-3 sauna sessions. This is normal for many people, as they haven’t had a recent history of sweating, and it takes a few sessions to “retrain” the body to do what comes naturally. 

AFTER YOUR SESSION

 Place the towels you used in the hamper provided. Shower 20-30 minutes after your session.

Get coached on the right nutrition habits, unlimited workouts per week with trainers and accountability coaches to finish what you've started. Set appropriate goals with the help of our coaches and witness what your body can do in just 30 days!


During the challenge, you have an unlimited membership a minimum of 5 class requirement per week. I will verify class count by the Mind Body Scheduling System, meaning scheduling your classes in advance will be very important. Listed below are more details about the challenge:

BOXING AND SELF DEFENSE FOR BOYS & GIRLS

Designed for ages 8-15, these classes are built to increase confidence, focus, and discipline in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Our professional coaches 

teach both adult and kids classes, ensuring proper technique in a safe environment. Kids learn boxing basics, improve conditioning, athleticism, cardiovascular endurance and strength.


· 60 minute classes

· Tuesday's 6 pm, Thursday's 6 pm, and Saturday’s 10:00 am 

· Boxing gloves & wraps can be purchased separately

· Drop in fee $15, Monthly fee $79 w/1 year agreement
