This year the Waist Race challenge will be broken into 2 phases! Phase I runs from January 13 through March 27,2020, and 1 week after Phase II will start up from April through June 26, 2020.

The Boss Chick Dance Workout is a high intensity hip hop, dance hall, afrobeats fusion twerkout that will have you poppin, lockin, and droppin your way to a bangin' healthy body. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a comprehensive martial art that teaches self defense against aggressors whether they are striking, kicking or wrestling. We focus on teaching BJJ grappling techniques to subdue opponents without using punches or kicks. This method empowers students to not only maximize their defensive capability against a bigger and stronger opponent, but also the confidence in choosing a less violent solution.

Infrared Heat Therapy works wonders for your body and doesn't waste results! Sweat it out in our Power Fitness Chicago Sauna Room. During your 30 or 60 minute sweat session, you are able to relax in a private room equipped with your own personal infrared sauna bed. Sweating is your body's natural way of staying healthy. Our infrared sauna bed is designed to give you a relaxing detoxifying experience through the use of infrared heat. This therapy can be so effective that you can burn up to 600 calories in as little as 30 minutes.
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Most people do not drink enough water to begin with and now that you are using an infrared sauna and sweating, it is even more important to stay properly hydrated. Always drink plenty of water before, during and after your sauna session. Remove all makeup to allow your skin to receive the experience full benefits of the IR heat.
WHAT TO WEAR
Lightweight shorts and tee shirt are ok. Swimsuits are better.
DURING YOUR SESSION
You may not sweat much during your first 2-3 sauna sessions. This is normal for many people, as they haven’t had a recent history of sweating, and it takes a few sessions to “retrain” the body to do what comes naturally.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
Place the towels you used in the hamper provided. Shower 20-30 minutes after your session.
